Commonage ? What the devil is the story there !

So tell me kids..and experts of all kinds.
The Sugarloaf is Commonage, so is Trooperstown..we thought the start of The Blast was also Commonage..so is the Rocky Valley..
Or are they ? can anybody share any info on this ? Does anybody know anything about it .

Legally it means:

1. The right to pasture animals on common land.
2. The state of being held in common.

Commonage may also be designated as areas of special conservation (SAC)

All land in ireland belongs to sombody be it a public body or private citzen
When the term commanage is used it means that there my be several owners or one who have rights to graze, cut turf etc it does not mean that it is unowned
short of going to land resgitery to confirm who the owner is for any particular plot of land the Sugar Loaf commange is owned by several owners who all have shared rights to use said land
The public us have no rights with out their consent same would apply to all other commanage ares in ireland
