I can't feel my legs !! actually I can and they are very sore ! I have ridden every day for two weeks now, including 90k on Tuesday and a meatgrinder with Tibnerius Seymour last night but I still wouldn't miss the screamer for anything !

Not much wrong with that spin, just Richie and myself on a cold crisp spin around three rock. The place is dryer than earlier but still ridden to death in places..

Did a nice big loop of Ticknock at a more civilized hour... definitely allot colder with lots of ice puddles. The place is feic'n wrecked up there.

Me too Oz did a couple of hours up there this afternoon.
