Shameless plug time again! If anyone wants to become a qualified MTB leader and guide, Rock and Ride Outdoors have two spaces left on their November 10th and 11th MBLA Trail Cycle Leader training course. How much is it?

I did this with Ian in September and it was well worth it. Ian is very knowledgeable and an excellent teacher.
Also, there are some great trails in Tollymore which you get to mess around on.
