Well the motion regarding the removal of one day licences after April 1st each year was passed today at the CI AGM but thankfully not before we got an amendment which excluded "Offroad" events! So we will still be allowed issue 1 Day Licences for XC, DH, Cross and BMX races but not for National Champioships!
However for those guys who like to do an occasional road race, and would usually buy a 1 Day licence to enter, this will no longer be possible! So if you want to race on the road after April 1st each year you will need to get a full competition licence!
