Roundwood Biathlon 27th Dec 2pm

Have done this before. For those interested in a small bit of cycling->runnning->boozing. Suffer for 25 mins....retire to Kavanaghs, half of Roundwood are getting merry. All for a good cause

My local event, always a good crowd at it. It's another chance to see epic's Ger Jackson shine on the boozing leg of this "triathlon"!

Yeah I'll be there probably, went last year and won the Gee's jersey in the auction, great event

but it clashes with the big gay cruise up fairy castle

heard byrner is out doing morning jogging sessions in prep for this event

is this on road or off road? what sort of bike shoes etc? do i need a carbon 29r? sounds like a laugh
