I weigh my pasta, my porridge ,everything..I could be bumped up to Elites any day now..I could be just cycling along with Alfie and the next thing you know, i could be shaving my legs and messing with myself.
1- What type of scales do you guys use?
I use the coeficient of pasta scale from 0.001 up to 1.00 2- What time of day do you weigh your pasta, is first thing in the morning ok?
First thing in the morning is not the right time to do it, you need to get up i nthe middle of the night and catch the pasta by surprise 3- Do you weigh all of your pasta or just what your planning to eat?
You weigh yourself, add it to the weight of your kitchen, multiply it by 9.81, then subtract all of the same things plus the weight of the pasta then multiply it by -1 (your answer will be in newtons) 4- Do you weigh it before or after you cook it?
Weight it while your are cooking it ---- idiot 5 – Do you include the sauce?
Always include the sauce, it's delicious 6 – Does wholemeal pasta weigh the same as regular?

No, you measure how long it is and the diameter, you work out the volume and then multiply it by the density 9 – I am 31 and my favourite colour is green, how much should my pasta weigh?0.078 10 – Can you weigh rice?[/QUOTE]

I know a tracker follows the rate of a sawdust bar, but is normally about .8% above it. I don't think you can get them anymore though. I thought you would know that, being an accountant.
