I thought 2012 was a great year for us, we had some great results, some great improvements from people. Some brilliant spins, the weather was against us nearly from the start, Palmers closing down took the joy out of the Club race but I hear a rumour its reopening soon under the handle of Charlie Chawke ( the Goat Grill and others ) , The Gravity Enduro was a great addition to Irish MTB, the nationals was in Djouce, always great and we produced absolutely brilliant results at it..
Looking forward to 2013 and a special thanks to all the people who have led spins this year, from Richard on the road to Andy and Clom offroad and everybody else in between..

happy new year all! I've had a great 2012 in the club, I would really like to say thanks to Richie for running the Wednesday night spin for the last 6 months - this has really brought some of us on loads - I am very grateful! if it wasn't for his dedication I know that my year on the bike wouldn't have been very good! Here's to another fantastic 2013 with all the great folk in this club. Thank you all, and happy new year!

Good year alright! ROC was fun but my highlight would have to be the fun we had and the results we got at the Nationals, the development of youth riders in Epic (again, hats off to Rasher and his crew!) and the Gravity Enduros.
I'm looking forward to 2013, especially the XC racing under the rule of the great new Offroad Commission! :)

Happy new year to everyone and a huge well done to all the achievements made by people of epic...(you all know who you are) and may 2013 be bigger and better for the club.
well now folks we started 2012 with people stabbing us in the back over the Blast and hard as that was we came back with a vengeance with National Titles, Awards, and even one rider in the RAS..we won Road races, XC races and dominated the Gravity Enduros..we picked up a handful of brilliant new members and some of our established members outdid themselves..we got a heap to the ROC again and conquered Lug again. I'm very proud to be part of this CLub and while I am extremely cranky due to the poxy man flu ruining my plans for Christmas , I am honoured to know all of you..I was ready to quit at the start of the year but now I am looking forward to us doing even more damage to our dwindling critics and winning even more in 2013 and hopefully I can revive The Blast and see another Team in the Gorey and maybe one or two more in the RAS..
If you have not been making the spins and slithering off with your mates on loser spins..lets see you in 2013 more regular..
The first Biking Blitz is on February 3rd..lets dominate

It's been a brillant year with huge participation in road and off road events. The marathon events put manners on all of us!
A big thanks to Richie, Richard, Andy, Colm, Jack and those that organised spins, without you's , nothing happens.
Hopefully, the rain will ease a little next year.
