I'm interested in joining the club and wondering about club spins.
I've been riding a few years now, did 3 blitzes last year, an enduro and the King of 3 Rock. Want to get more involved in the scene, events, trail building etc.
The force is strong in me, but having dropped over 200 yoyo on a new kashima coated steerer and fork service, and about to spend money on a reverb seatpost, lights are not the top priority.
well up until March the only spins I will take prospective members on are Mondays and Wednesdays and to be fair, Nightlights are not a luxury in this country with Winter 6 Months of the year whereas kashima coating is just jewellery, having a Kashima coating isn't going to help you get out on your bike more but lights will.
i dunno, i googled kashima coating and i got this..
"Kashima Coat is an anodised layer of molybdenum disulphide imbedded into the surface of an alloy."
not to be sniffed at
Jaysus, I better buy some night lights or further feel the wrath. To the google machine.
I should clarify, I had to replace my steerer because of wear and it proved impossible to get a hard anodised one. The reverb seatpost I am buying for the gravity enduros.
