I can't login to cycling Ireland to renew my licence I've tryed the password reset , still can't get in!! Any help would be welcome!! Thankyou

When ye try to login with the password what happens? Have ya tried it on your P.C or phone or both?

It tells me that my log in was not successful try again,, I've tried on both, even on different computers many times still no joy

try clearing the cache etc and cookies as sometimes that can help
or a totally different machine.
Normally they email you with a link or a new password etc and then you go from there.
Pick up the phone too as often a call is as easy and they can manually reset it.
It takes a good week for the licence to get processed too. there's way to many stages, It's easier to get
a passport i think

I had a nightmare to Andy, I couldnt log anywhere, in the end Jack had to reset everything for me, in the end it was a misspelled email address they had on file for me !!!

All sorted now they sent me an email, you where right they had 2 profiles for me with the same emails they deleted one all working now.. Thanks for the help lads
