Donegal mountain biking?

Has anyone done any mountain biking in Donegal?
I am going to be spending about a week up in Donegal every month working so am going to bring the bike in the boot and rather than just getting lost up there I was hoping someone had any idea as to where to go?
I had a look on the Donegal MTB site but found very little.
