Was up there today, more tree thinning over the last week had cut off access to the top so I re-routed it slightly, you still come in from the same place but you come onto the track along the edge a little bit later

I've had an idea in mind to put in a proper bit of singletrack along there for ages instead of the ruts but I kinda like the ruts some days, not so much other days, any thoughts ?
Also would be great to by-pass all the slop with a track through the trees.
Theres an old track that you can get to from fireroad about 100m before you crest the hill.Hike over cut tree debris at clearing and search to you right.Its quite technical over humps and tight corners but will bring you out at clearing at cliffs just before slompy bit.I will mark when up there next this track could be linked to BDITW missing all the slomp.Theres also a secret trail from BDITW under cliffs that would link up great and bring you out at crossing to powerscourt.
Saw the one you are talking about that links in at the cliffs... could be an option, might be worth waiting until the thinning is finished.
Found the other one on the scramble down, couldn't believe it, looks fairly old, could do with a small bit of work in places, was planning on following it the next time I'm there on my bike.
Had dug the schlomp outta the lower bits and started the top bit (straight bit). Was thinkin of sortin out the exposed section that overlooks the water fall but after a few runs down it decided not to, its too good as it is, with the ruts n stuff.
