Time for EPIC members to try some BMX

Epicans if you or you and your kids are interested in trying some BMX racing or just want to ride one of the BMX tracks, let me know by replying to this post, if there are sufficient numbers I'll orgainise something with coaching, demonstrations etc...

...would anyone have a loan/rent of a bike for a session? diarmo might give it a go...

Eamonn, Im always up for some BMX coaching. Have been going to the ladies only session on a Monday night but it gets cancelled cos of low attendance a lot.

what sort of days/times? i'll say it round see if anyone's interested...which track? there's 2?

This looks like it will be an Epic Club outing to DC BMX /Cherry Orchard Indoor BMX track next weekend or the one one after probably Saturday or SUnday around midday for a couple of hours.
Ill bring some decent BMXers and coaches so you'll get proper tuition and some sense of what this is all about, also there are bikes available or you can ride your mtb if you're desperate. The date and time are flexible so those of you interested in going let me know which day and time suits best.

This is open to all Epic members and friends, usual rules apply helmet, license etc…
We will have the top Men’s and Ladies BMX riders on had to demonstrate and coach if you want that or you can just rip around and have fun
