For beginners. Meet in lambe Doyle's pub at 9.00 ready to go. I have a nice route planned and I'll show you how to ride up and down roots and loose gravel and mud.
Please bring a working bike, some water in a bottle to drink. A snack bar of some type. Some spare tubes and a pump should you flat ( we'll all wait) wear bike clothes no jeans you'll die. Most of all bring your enthusiasm it goes a long way in the mountain.
No the pace won't be quick. No one will be left behind. Feel free to ask questions or tell me you're coming and I'll see you there.
Depending on demand I'll run these over 3 to 4 weeks after which you'll graduate to big school

Hey hats off,
I think this is a good one, we need more MTB bikers and more spins organized out there.
I am doing the Monday's spin but thinking that from my group I might have someone interested in this one.
Of course I need your confirmation. Would it be OK with you to bring some one? I could assist somehow if needed or in the case it gets a big crowd. Please let me know.
PS: Ops, only a con and it's the time, not for me but I think that being an hour later more ppl would come.
Tiigger - you can give this information to anyone you wish; all are welcome.
thanks for the advice on the time - it's best that it's early as tick nock get's busy and nothing puts people off more than people riding all over 'em.
Cheers Erica! that's great - hope that you are recovering well! Oz says he can build you a new one from rats and baboons (and other experimental laboratory creatures)
Thanks Harry, I'll let you know by Thursday or Friday if anyone's coming from my group.
The same, for anyone thinking about cycling from town to Lamb Doyle's, could join us.
I just bought my first MTB today...get to pick it up at the end of the month. Do you think you'll be running another beginner trail meet up in October or November?
