following all the excitement and high-5s from last Saturday - no time like early on Tuesday morning posting the next beginner spin.

All beginners welcome - you can start this Saturday! I'll keep running these for a while yet - so have no fear just come along with you & your (working) bike, a drink, some spares, and a happy-head!


Once again - all the Epic members who want to help out are welcome to join us - it certainly made for a fun day out!
