Im just looking to replace the bottom bracket on my bike. Im just wondering if anyone could tell me what type/size of bottom bracket i should use? Its a GT Aggressor XC3 and its mainly used for tearing around Ballyhoura so if anyone could recommend an upgrade that would mush appreciated!
