Working bike, some water in a bottle to drink. A snack bar of some type. Some spare tubes and a pump should you flat ( we'll all wait)

News update Jim Figerty will not be able to make spin on sat due to a prior booking to be at club champs on sunday so fig rolls will be off the menu unless you bring your own or catch up with Iomair on sunday

Great beginner's / improvers spin this morning with Erica, Niamh ,Jacqui,Oscar,Colm,Conor who would have thought after all the rain of the last few days we would have had dry dusty trails with the odd puddle and sun shine as well.
