Cost will be about euro120 per head.
ECSKC will provide/arrange a venue in the Dublin Area
Likely to proceed in January/February
REC3 = 2 weekends incl 1 day incident scenarios
REC4 = 1 WEEKEND + 1 day incident scenarios
