Hey guys, I just wanted to put it out there that Barry Murray and I are giving a talk on Tuesday the 4th in Dublin on performance nutrition and general lifestyle and training factors that can have a big impact on health and performance. There are many simple hacks that we can do that can make us healthier, hopefully faster and not actually impact on our work/life balance.
It will go though things in relation to paleo/primal eating, low carb (and when to not go low carb), intermittent fasting, sleeping and so on.
Barry has worked with many of the Worlds top athletes (World Tour riders and Olympic triathletes, ultra runners) and has a very pragmatic approach (not simply âeat more/less pastaâ).
Anyway, details, and how to sign up are here: tinyurl.com/healthnov14
