Normal terms and conditions, leaving Lambe's at 9am. Weather will be 26C with no wind and blinding sunshine.

Working bike, some water in a bottle to drink. A snack bar of some type. Some spare tubes and a pump should you flat (we'll all wait)

Total newbies welcome (with some balance!), and seasoned pro's, going to have a bit of fun and some exploration off the well ridden path!

new folk and beginners welcome - we have not lost anyone, just yet...

This promises to be another great spin! more new trails to be ridden and more stuff to be learned!

Aaahhh more pain , cuts & bruises can I do it to myself again ha? : ) Have a sick tummy this evening but I'd say I'll be alright for Saturday hopefully. see ye then !
