A gentle reminder to all mountain bikers on behalf of the Irish Mountain Running Association -
IMRA's Winter League continues with an event taking place this Sunday, 1st February, in the area of 3Rock. A lot of trails in the area will be busy with runners throughout the day, especially during the period 11 am - 3 pm.

Please exercise caution and be aware of runners if you are riding in these areas on Saturday. It would be particularly appreciated if everyone would be aware of runners on the upper section of Dreamtrack for the day, as that is the link-up section between the start/finish at Lamb Doyle's and the hill. We will not be on the lower section of Dreamtrack
