Perfect Terry so glad as I can cycle up there - gear box went on my car last Saturday. Can't wait - wracked up a load of bruises last sat from missing past few spins - ( that'll learn me ) . Kind of reminded me of my beginner days & i nearly lost my improver status ! I'll even get the kids in work to make yez all Valentines cards

Well that was great outing with Erica, Barry ,Alan Rose and Caroline McA who has gone up a few levels on her improver status with flawless descents of bone shaker followed by dream track
Could definitely feel the love today plenty of chocolates and roses had to do a stand in for Donna who never turned up for the roses Alan had brought along for helping him out on wed
