Won't make it this week. Will be out of action for next two to three weeks due to my dodgy shoulder :( Have a great spin!

I left late from the house and got to the Leadmines at about 9:45. Had a look around for you all but no joy. Nice and dry up there though. Hope you all had a good spin.

awesome spin, pity you missed it batman, well done to even newer James - made it the whole way! had some great fun. Erica's taking too much care of that new bike; tis a nice machine. Phil's 'my bikes not working' ruse to a quick exit was foiled! ha ha! deadly spin. Caroline's mechanical was a doozie - that dérailleur is so bent out of shape it's in 2 postcodes. My lungs did better than expected! New Dave was flying too. New James (the Welsh dragon) was letting loose on the scalp there's a man with hidden talents he's finally showing off! nice work.

Great spin Terry awesome route and so much fun. I'm going to watch the oval ball being thrown around for the next few hours to recover! thanks a mill. What a club! awesome to the maximum
