usual fun and frollicks - I have a nice route planned - lots of steady climbing - lots of water-bars (when you see the word(s) 'water bars' this means have a minimum of 30psi in the tyres if you have tubes, and probably the same if you're running tubeless! )
I'll have an end-to-end fully rebuilt bike so i can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to this!!! it's going to be amazing - Accuweather says it will be cold and dry with sunny spells!!!

travelled was, lamebs to 3 rock, toms, ninja, toms, up to fairy across xc cross country, towards tibraden, legends DH, Freds, stage 5, back up to agro, and the amazing turny ferny! Epic style spin! almost 1,000m of climbing! oh yeah baby. well done to Caroline the Second for trojan effort on the waterbars! great work! Barry is flying - he's got champ in his DNA. Alzer was 29ing the life out of the trails! well done!

Colm and I went into Lambs afterwards and I had soup and a BLT which were very tasty. The son of the owner knew Colm to see and was asking him where has he been. Colm and I were saying we probably should go in for a coffee or something more often seeing as they are so good about us using their car park.

Im grand Alzer. wrist survived another fall & was really fun spin. Was that son of the owner in Lambs the 7th son of the 7th son you were telling us about ha. But what happens on spin stays on spin - no mention of upside down water & camel baks or nuns , c yez next time ; )
