Another great spin today, cheers Terry.

Lots of climbing, legs sore now.

Definitely first spin of the summer was great to feel a bit of heat when stopped or standing around in the car park at the end great to see the return of Lawdie after his long winter hibernation missing his master classes in how to ride, thanks to Stevo for riding shot gun on rear and demo of how to rock gardens in style, great to be out with people with so much enthusiasm

Great spin today, good pace, you should have seen the face on lawdie when we turned up the red road ha! Couldn't believe the speed of Steve down the descents, and Adrian up the climbs, I want some of what you're on!
