So up for this Dudes , feels like i havn't done a Saturday spin in years!! Looking forward to do some of the NPS but wherever Terry the beard goes i'll go..... or sure id be lost ha! Hope my front rim lasts the pace , managed to F**eck it up a bit last night. David Meredith i can go by dundrum but I really don't think 2 bikes would fit in my car. But do you have a rack or anyone else could bring ur bike?
can't write, too cold. . . that was an 'experience' my hands are still killing me. Short sleeves had no place on today's spin. I thought I wasn't going to pull through on the board-walk up to the top of Djouce. That was a spin of pure hardship - except the very start, in the sun, having fun. The rest . . . wow! hairs, upon the hairs on one's chest (yes, even if you are a girl).
Fair play Terry (Bear Grills) you must have had a camera strapped to you somewhere and are now doing the edits for some reality TV show! should be good, at least we didn't have to eat each other - but, the way Niall was going through those gels I'm sure he wasn't too far away from taking a chomp out of one of us (or maybe all)

Harris, the master of understatement. Yes it was wet, yes it was cold, no most of us were not dresses for the conditions but it was worth it, if only to see Niall's legs match his blue socks by the end of the spin. Epic

If only I could claim it was down to being sensible! 4.30am feed didn't finish til nearly 6am! When the alarm went at 7.15 I didn't just hit the snooze button, I hit the "feck off and leave me alone" button. By the sounds of it I did the right thing! As Harri said an experience alright still thawing out weather broke bit earlier than expected amazing how fast you can go when not able to feel the brakes to squeeze
As to Iomair would have being terrible to see his new bike getting mucked up but will be great to hear him singing in person "forgive me father for I have sinned, it's been now 4 weeks since my last Sat spin!

who was first down in the downhill race Mal Ciaran or Niall? good cooling down spin for Dave after his trip to Aussie land and relieved to seeing Caroline laughing and saying it was great thought she might have being looking for the eejit how came up with idea of a trip across the board walks in such fine weather

Went for a spin on Ticknock this afternoon. It snowed but at least I was dressed for it. By the time we finished up it was sunny. You gotta love MTB ing in ireland.
Ha great spin thanks Terry! Twas fun even though the weather got crappy a few hours earlier than forecast! No place for short sleeves or baggy shorts ur right Harry! The one day I don't wear my usual stuff. Hope ur all warmed up now !
