Hi all,

it's that time of the year again, kids going back to School, college students crying after 4 months off thinking about the next 'year', shorter days and longer evenings!

With that, it's time for our new recruits - so this spin is open to people who would like to join Epic - (and the usual Saturday crew) so, please don't be shy, bring a working bike, suitable clothes, some food, a drink (not fizzy) a spare tube for the wheel size that you ride and most importantly a smile and some positivity!

That was great. Really, really great. Fair play to the new recruits Sean and Sam (hill) some new people for podiums I think. Class spin well done all really flying. Thanks Lawdie for keeping everyone together thanks to the weather for being dry and allowing us hit some crazy lines on the descents especially off Katy's. Holy speed batman. What a day.
