A lot of felling at the min aparently but I'm sure Sir Terrence knows a route that will keep us away from the loggers...

I bet a million imaginary dollars that I don't have that Terry will have an amazing route! (my back's still malfunctioning so I might not see you!!! darn-it)

I'm in school for the day. The bearded one will magic up something special no doubt.

 Over 18 fit and is up for the craic
 A sense of style
 Helmet
 A fully functioning bike
 Tubes ,Tyre levers ,Pump ,Multi tool ,Bottle & drink Food all neatly packed
 Proper sandals and pedals with spds
 A real map to check route
 Change of clothes on back
