More Epic fun and frollicks - once again (and well done on last week) be prepared for the weather
If it's pouring we'll do 2 hours tops and it will be great fun!
So just the 4 of us in the end
Harri, myself , Caroline, and new guy Dave head off up and around the trails of 3 Rock.
Once in the trees it wasn't to bad just had to look out for falling tress that's all but thank fully we all made it out ok.
There is one tree down on the new trail towards the end.

Had a great time & my New Years resolution starts now - work less MTB more! So words like rusty , unfit , dabs as gone back from cleats to pedals I won't be saying! More like " I'm as fast as some Epic lads now". But above all thanks Harri , Ben and Dave that was so much fun today : )
Well done gang, that really was weather for the brave! I looked out the window this morn and thought better of it... The beers last night kinda helped me make up my mind
