I didn't check the forum as I was cycling from the house earlier - there's always next week!

Well if Wednesday was spin of the year that was spin of the wet rear. It was great fun in parts, grim in others!
30Km in all, 750m climbs, lots of slips and a hurty knee!

well done to Terry and Alan who smoked the joint! 2 class riding legends right there!

Thanks Harri for the spin great to be on a few new trails ,rain did not matter once in to the trees,hope your resting your hurty knee some smack you gave that tree had Alan and myself winching in pain just watching
would love to know where you got all that white foamy stuff you where marking the trails with for Alan and myself to follow did you make it yourself or was it the spray the referees use was not able to catch up to see

Hi all, I will be more punctual next week, got there at 9:10 no worries.
I went for a spin to Threerock after (if already were at the foot of the hills, I might as well, haha).
Wasn't as muddy as I thought.
Glad yous enjoyed your spin too.

Started off wet but was fine once we got into the forest. I know what John's face would look like if he was giving birth. I don't think I ever saw such pain in someone's face. Terry and I would have shared the pain with you if we could.

I liked those new trails we went on.

Felt great after the spin once I got home and dry. We did well staying out for 2.5 hours in that weather.
