Hi everyone.
Like a lot of you out there I suffer from back pains during and after riding my bike. So I recently decided to start doing some yoga to see if it helps my recovery and to stop my back form hurting.
And to my surprise it helped almost instantly.
I did 2 big spins the other day and did a 15 min routine afterwards and the next morning I felt really good and had hardly any pain in my lower back.
Even after the Biking Blitz the other day I did a 15 mins relaxation and a 15 min post ride routine and felt almost normal the next day no back pain what so ever just a little tired but other wise all good.
I have started to follow a lady called Abi
Carver online she is very helpful and has specific routines for mountain bikers.
It very simple and easy to follow yoga that anyone can do at home.
If anyone is interested you can check out her link here
