Good spin today gang, fitness has left me and in school report terms "must try harder" still very enjoyable and a few laughs thrown in for good measure. Looking forward to the Club League proper next Thursday.
Great morning to be out on the bike with snow and sun. Found it hard going on the climbs and wasn't much better going back down but it was too nice a day to give a dam.
