Sunday big bike spin

Im not quite able for the big boys spin, anyone else heading out in the morning? Maybe enduro trails in ticknock?

Erica - I'm bringing a group of 4 lads out tmrw morn (leadmines & ticknock). You(se) are more than welcome to join us for trails n craic. Planning on 4hrs spin with plenty of options to split off earlier if u need to. Rolling out from Kilternan at 9am. Vin

Another deadly spin this morning with vinny and the park wheelers lads. Did couple hours around scalp and lead mines, struggled with the climbs on the big bike, the lads were flying. Then my tyre exploded at the bottom of the scalp, and had to do the gel wrapper patch up. The guys then headed off to ticknock for more fun. Thanks for having me along vinny

Jaysus Erica - you gave the lads a lesson in descending down scalp at the end! You were flying.

Great day for it. Went on to 3 Rock after we bid farewell to you & we had another couple of hours ripp up there.
