This Sat EPIC are running an introductory spin for possible new members

Departing at 9:30 am for a spin around Kindlestown and Glen of the Downs (This means ready to pedal off at 9:30, so if you take 20 minutes to get ready you need to be there at 9:00 allowing 10 extra minutes to check air pressures, tires, and other things bike related)

A few terms and condition’s below the main ones being reasonable level of fitness, MTB in working order, no helmet; no spin.
