Beginning Spin Sat 12th Nov 9,30 Lamb Doyle's.

I'll be running a beginner friendly spin this Saturday around the trails of 3Rock.
If you want to come out and ride your bike please feel free to turn up.

As always please have a working bike
Helmet
Warm weather clothing
Tube
Pump
Food and water
And a happy open minded attitude.

We will be leaving at 9:30am sharp from the car park so allow enough time to get ready.
