Cant sleep lately, if I wake up at my usual 5am I will go to ballinastoe and cycle up to top of djouce for the sunrise :) always wanted to do it but couldnt get myself out of bed on time :)

Won't make it just arrived up to my mom & dads house & it's been broken into ! Have to ring guards

Thanks Gary - the usual jewellery , laptops etc. They went through everything drawers / wardrobes but didn't damage the place thankfully. Guards said seems they were here a while. Mom had her wedding ring on her luckily ( their away ) but they got everything else. I'm just sitting here waiting for forensics now. Thieving *****s!

Mad craic spin today, we enduroed the bejaysus out of ticknock! Lots of skids and jump, and only one big crash, hope the hip is ok Derek, we are all waiting on that picture! We met al's new lady friend, she is hot, and very light too!
