Bad luck on ur injury Lawdie , hopefully c u in Galway. Aw Erica I need a superpro like u in it that I can try to chase - it will help the 35k go quicker ! But best of luck up In Ulster. I may do the next round of that Ulster thing as I saw the date & it suits me

You just chase that win and bring home the trophy again

Ye when everyone legs it off at the start sure I won't even know who's ahead & who's not. Roll on Sunday !

Thanks for all the good luck wishes guys. Well that was a big disappointment due to a puncture on the brown loop !!!!Was having a great race, was looking forward to putting a last spurt on , had done all the tough climbs, was ahead of where I thought id be timewise. My head was telling me I might even be home in under 2 hours!!! And then the puncture , I'd no pump , tools or tube. So one of the lads who came along kindly lent me a pump but as I'm tubeless that didn't work. I walked what felt like forever. Then 4K from the end I met Paul Barry ( IMBRC) who gave me a gas canister thingy but I didn't do it properly so that didn't work and so I walked : ( Anyway so I got an education in these gas canister things which I will be stocking up on for next time. Don't know how anyone else did yet? Hope everyone had a better day than me !

other epic results Harry 1st in Juniors who was lying in third place overall to the point where junior and super pro separated and Derek Jones finished 26th in baggy shorts might be other epic names in results as well

Good on Harry, unfortunate luck Caroline, saw you but didn't manage to catch up as you were headed for the super pro start line. Very surprised I didn't get a puncture using tubes, it was fairly rocky in parts. Delighted with my 26th after my 56th in Ballinastoe, though half as many riders in the field this week so its relative. Looking forward to Galway and hoping I can improve.
