Ok so this is typical me swear I don't half make things interesting & terribly painful for myself ... but just signed up to Blitz & someone messages me straight after & says it's 3 laps x 11k in my cat. 3 times up that flamin eurosceptic! What lunatic came up with that anyway? So advice please , I'm reckoning fast first lap , mediocre second lap, fast third lap , loads of electrolyte water / food in water , gels. Ooh ha tubes & canisters. And a vomit at the finish line : )
