Kids Spin Fri 21st 6.15 Ticknock Upper Barrier

Following on from last week we will have another kids spin this friday.
Same rules apply.
Kids must be accompanied by an adult.
Adults are encouraged to bring a bike and get involved
Everyone must have a helmet and a bike in good working order .
Bring a rain coat.
Bring a drink.

I think that's all.
