Kids Spin Fri 19th 6.15 Ticknock Upper Barrier

Same as last week.
meeting at the upper barrier @615 down metro to Toms where we will all group and split up if we have to. Aiming to be at Toms at 630 so if you are late you know where to find us. Try be on time. Brian W politely took some kids on a longer spin last week. There were late comers who would have suitable for this also but got stuck with the tots as Brian's pain train had already departed!
Helmets and working bikes mandatory
