Hi. Is this open to any age? I'm thinking of coming along with a 4 and 6 year old. Is everything down on the fireroad near Toms? I noticed last week Metro was mentioned which made me wonder about the age range. Thanks Rob.

Hi Rob. this would be perfect for a 4 and 6 year old. we usually go down the metro to Toms at the start but if u think they are not able for that then just meet us at Toms. At the end some of the bigger kids go and do some of the other metros and some don't. We just do a few skills with them, fill them with jellies and try to make them feel like hero's on their bikes.
Suitable clothes a helmet and no stabilisers

Thanks for the reply Caroline. So you climb up to ariels and down Metro 1? Or you just do part of metro 1? Just working out what they'd be able for. I just don't want to scare them off with a big climb before any fun stuff :)

we meet at the barrier and cycle a little bit up the tarmac road and turn right onto thr new trails that brings u to Toms. I'm calling it the metro but it might not be called that. anyway we stay at Toms and do some skills with a few cones. Then at the end the bigger kids go and do a loop of metro and the younger kids do a little loop that Alfie has picked out just around Toms which will be more suitable for your 4 and 6 year old. But we don't put any pressure on them to do anything. it's just a bit of fun and nice to see them out having a laugh on their bikes
