Last kids spin of the summer this week, so make an extra special effort to attend.
Same rules as always.
Helmets, parental supervision, appropriate clothes and a working bike are a must.
Stabilisers are not allowed.
Also please make an effort to attend the Fixx CX events with your kids over the winter to allow them race and show off all their new skills so they dont get rusty! the cost of the race entry for kids is minimal. And all parents can race in the adult races after......something for everyone! The first round is in Kilternan on Sat 02 sep. Hope to see all the kids there
Some go directly from the car park, some cycle 250m up the tarmac and down the first trail on the right. Mammy/daddy assistance is enjoyed by many. See you at 6:15.

Separate races for U6, U8, U10, and U12 on Saturday are from 3:30. Sign-on/warm-up from 2:30. There were medals for all finishers in U6 and U8 last year. More at https://m.facebook.com/supercrosscup
That was brilliant, first night out for Andrew and he absolutely loved it. The difference between lap 1 and 4 of the forest was astonishing! Thanks to Alfie and Caroline and everyone else that makes this happen it's brilliant.

Thanks for organising this. Great event! My kid hit rocks on entry to 2nd lap with his pedals and felt. Never recovered from that :) got scared more than it hurt probably. He is fine now, no limp, no anything. Hope he will come back next season :)

Once again ideal weather for the kids spin last night, and a great turnout.
Thank you Caroline and Alfie for your time and commitment to make this happen every week, and to everyone else who helped out over the past 5 months. The kids skills and their enthusiasm for biking have really grown. We might see a few friendships/rivalries continue into the CX season.
