we were going along and I was stripped to my old TW jersey and I was shouting rider up at the trees and we came across this lad and he crashed off the track because Alfie was shouting back at me that he was going to get me in a headlock and burst me !!

to be honest i havent a clue it happened or how i managed to step over the bike as that happened. i think i managed to step over the bars! msut have been the torn sleeve that got me out of it. it was the only explanation
