as an FYI - the following Saturday I'll run an introduction to Epic spin, for new people - so I'm socializing the idea now - so let your buddies know if they can ride, have a functioning bike, want to join the best club on earth, well an opportunity is arising! (I'll need few helpers too)

Lost yiz at the metro trail. Went up over the water bars. Good fun all thr same.

Shame to lose u OZ we were shouting up after u a lot but you didn’t hear us. Wow amazing spin! Spin of the year & soo frickin enduro thank you Lawdie ! Made me remember why I loved enduro must do more of those next year! Absolutely buzzing still. My bike was lovin’ it too , all over that stuff. I was ropey as anything from all my boozey galavanting the past week but still felt so deadly on all that downhill! . And what can I say I am the recruiting new members pimp of the club today ha ha. Youngster Joel who we found & I got to join us at the top of eurosceptic , class on the bike & a sound fella. But the highlight of the day was hot Cloe from London ! She was looking for trails & followed u lads down one of the Narly ones , then told me it was her first day ever on a mountain bike !!!!!!! And asked if what we were on was actually a trail ! She was a legend though and very good for her first day out & u lads got to drool at her lol ; ) Pity she lives in London but I reckon she will be back she loved us ! Epic day everyone flying , Rory , glean and the lawdster machine , u must do it again Lawdie , thank you!

Thanks Lawdie, That was great. Lots of good tricky technical climbs and then fun descents. Sorry to loose you Oz - we shouted at you repeatedly but I think you decided to ignore us and go off and do your own spin. Yes Joel is well able to bike for someone who had only ridden Coilte trails before today!!! He got a good introduction to lots of off-piste stuff and was well able for it and loved it. And as for Cloe - not exactly dressed for mountain biking but well able to handle most stuff. (We weren't drooling - were we?). Thanks for the help with the flat Glen - thankfully we got the sealant to work. Thanks Lawdie and all
