I'd just like to say that they were great results from the Club at the Sugarloaf race, hats off to Rob Deegan for coming 2nd in the Under 14s and fair play to Sylvia for her comeback race.

Yeah, great results folks. Sounds like Al was damned unlucky with that pedal. Great debut from Rob, whose next mission is to get his dad to race as well. We've come to expect great things from Greg but well done Gavo on moving up the list. As for Sylvia, great to hear she's back, what a legend!
It was a pity to miss this race, but Killarney was calling. Hope the craic was as good as usual. Roll on the NPS!

U14s Robert Deegan 3rd
Ladies a full on Epic Podium with Nat, Sylvia and Orla taking the honours.
Vets Joe and Victor in 2nd and 4th
Sports Tim on the slippery slope to the dark side with a 5th place
Seniors Myself in 4th with Kev and Josh battling out for places in the ever competitive top 10
Masters Mr Green Fleece Racing was sans Green Fleece and flyin the Epic colours to take 5th place. As for the Doran fella he was discovering that Blue bikes aren't as fast as white ones.
Juniors terrible result for Greg with 2nd place obviously the practising his dance routines for the boy band is playing havoc with his line choice. Savage result for Gav O'Connel to take 3rd place with Eoin and Rory taking 6th and 8th.
Elites Brian Cooney put in a savage result to take 7th and Cummins feeling the pressure of his comeback to Elites to take 9th on the upside he or his bike didn't explode.
Some class results there and its looking good for Epic domination of the Dh podiums in the NPS
yeap it was a great race and it was deadly to see so many flat out epic jerseys. Stevo even made a guest appearance and had a pretty good result of 8th in seniors. I think its the skin tight jeans that gave him the edge there.
its not the blue bike thats slower al its the bender riding it but Gavogavin got himself a deadly result on his lady shave blue bike. I still prefer smurf blue myself, goes with the grey hair.
Its wasn't a pedal malfunction Al experienced it was definitely a wardrobe one. On his 2nd run when he realized his high heels didn't match his knee pads he got very embarrassed and tried to hide in the muddy section
i know its terrible im waiting on my spd jimmy choos to arrive for Cahir.
It was the forks that had Gav C flying you should never have gotten rid of them. Just look at how quick Mark got when he sold you them junkers you have.
I'd love to if there's lifts going. It'd help to know what the tracks meant to ride like instead of what it freewheels like. have to make up for my "terrible result" aswell :)
i know u really need to pull ur finger out. Can only imagine how bad ur result would have been if it wasn't for how well ur forks where working. Will see if we can get a few heads to go. If im going u can have a lift from me
I'd say if i was topless like connor mulcahy in elites i would've gotten that 0.1 of a second for the win. I'm sure there'll be a good group down there anyway, and plenty from this area heading down too.

If you are an EPIC Downhiller then you are obliged by law to attend Cahir, no excuses, get down there and rip or shred or whatever the young people say..great stuff guys and girls and keep it up
