Sorry Conall and Alex can't make it this week, Alex fell and cut her chin badly, thankfully not on her bike, not allowed any sports until next week. Hopefully out next Friday

Unreal. The improvement in Andrew is off the charts, 2 laps of the forest dab free and then lower metro. Bring a tear to the eye it would. Some evening for it, all the kids were rocking it. Coach of the year Alfie! cheers guys and thanks for arranging Caroline
