what sort of riding do you want it for. If its for xc forget it. If u want to do a bit of dh it will get you started.

It is indeed a bazooka. Corado Herin won the 98 or 99 world cup on one of those.

oh yes its a bazooka,long since forgottin about.hard to get bits for too as i'm finding out.Ah it'll be ready soon. Yes dh only for this thing.they weigh a ton but tat makes them stable at speed.

you won't be able to use that for spins, too heavy and too slow..you're wasting your money trying to revive it. You would be better off buying something simpler and more rideable, unless like Al say , you want to get started in Dh..

Oh i'd only go downhill on tat.not into tat whole xc thing. Gravity helped racing is all i'm in it for. Not new to mountain biking just took a break lets call it.Bein years since i last was on a bike,tat was one of the last bikes i had,tat and a GT lobo

well, if you are only out for the craic and want to do a bit of DH, that'll do you fine. You'll just murder yourself trying to ride it XC style, great machine in their day, the old Bazooka , I think Al had one and try to spell properly , please, otherwise you'll be abused !

As for Sintesi - ask ColinB about the robustness of their frames.

the bazookas where class only problem was they had more travel sideways than up and down. The swingarms cracked aswell but that was only a minor inconvenience no where near as bad as the lack of a replacement dropout.

Ah yes but as this bike has bein raced before its already had all the major repairs that it needed so its fairly solid now.Oh i know how strong it is since i raced it myself all them years ago.But sure its outdated now.

It's common practice to use a space after you use a full stop. BeinG the good lad that you are, I'm sure that you know 'tat' is a climbing term and your malapropism whist entertaining is bordering on outing you as a philistine.
