Jesus wept. I actually can feel that sensation of fatigue and helplessness where you’re sapped trying to upright the bike in the right direction and get back on, all the time hoping no one sees you or worse still catches you, hearts on full pump also.
Yeah, if it wasnât a race (and in TV!) Iâd just go home. Wading through peanut butter! Itâs like a muddy CX on a ski slope.
