Ballinastoe 9am tomorrow?
Say what you will about the place that was class, 2 laps, no stopping, no mechanicals, and to top it off I bump into James from OC tuning after who sorted my DU bush and gave me 3 cans of power drink!! The chap knows his stuff, has a van full of goodies and I was well impressed, fair play. Ballinastoe should not be under estimated, some sections are wonderfully technical after a lot of wear, while others challenge you to go as fast as you dare, and everyone I saw there today knew how to ride.

I really cannot comphrehend going to Ballinastoe on a fabulous sunny day with lovely women and amazing trails elsewhere..

I'm getting a hood and a burning cross..actually fcuk the hood !! I prefer people to know its me when they are being booted up the arse for being congenital losers ..

Plenty of time for Ballsinatoe tomorrow. Don, we're going to have to have a whiparound to get you a DH bike. You can come on the next Sprockids DH day and Karl & Richie will learn you how to ride it.
