Sneaky training

you know who you are..at least have the decency to cycle up to the leadmines..I saw your Ladygay 4x4 parked in my spot up at the Leadmines..
I wasn't training myself but I was doing some Coach Byrne stuff..still if you are going to be plastered all over the front page of mtbireland..then I guess you're going to try and get as much play time in as possible !!
I'm actually impressed..its a pity others don't have half your enthusiasm!!

Actually wasn't on the bike - just running/walking around the Leadmines trying to loosen up a bit after yesterday. The course is as dry as a bone - hope it stays that way until Thursday!

was up on it for 2 laps today and it was riding sweet as pitty I finally killed my loaner xc bike so had to cut my spin short.

Does that mean you have to ride in groups from now on?
