Although UK based,this 1 Hour film traces mountainbiking from the early days up to modern times.Very interesting and well worth a look.

I seen that a little while back Micky and watched it again, some nutters blazin about on mtbs, that guy Martyn Ashton was miles ahead of the gang until his terrible injury stopped him doing big crazy stuff, he has some drive in him to get himself together and not give in. Hes a presenter on GMBN and is still mad as a brush.

I enjoyed that too, it was really well put together. I couldn't help thinking that the American guy Gary Fisher getting interviewed with the mustache looked a bit like Richie Byrne ha ha. I'd love to see a documentary of the birth of mountain biking in Ireland....
Tracy Moseley's Dad crying was so cute bless, she's such an icon. Now I have to watch Dirt. I think I may have already but not sure. I'd watched that Martyn Ashton first thing he'd done getting back on the bike with his friends, but I didn't know about the getting back on the bike with the crowds & downhill run. Wow! Thanks Mick good recommendation
